Harris is a local singer/songwriter/guitarist extraordinaire and will serenade you between 6 and 7:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 4:30. No cover, but tips welcome.

Returning tonight, Friday, March 7 is Delhi to Dublin at the Roberts Creek Hall. Music begins at 9 p.m.

The Sunshine Coast Regional District has commissioned a review of lands within the official community plan boundaries of areas D, E and F with recommendations for revised development permit areas. A community meeting to present this information and maps will be held this Saturday, March 8 at the Roberts Creek Hall from 10 a.m. to noon.

Celebrate International Women's Day this Saturday, March 8 at the Hall starting at 5 p.m. Hear guest speaker Vicki Dobbin, and enjoy a great potluck dinner. This free event also includes local voices, The Knotty Dotters, Sokole, Suffragettes and much more. Proceeds to go to Arrowhead and this event is sponsored by the Sunshine Coast Labour Council.

Also on Saturday at 9 p.m. enjoy another DJ night with Sonikk, Kontroller and Jason Whyte at the Legion. Admission is $6 for members and $12 for guests with members.

This Sunday, March 9 One Straw Society presents two workshops. The first is entitled 'saving seeds that sustain us' from 10 to noon. Then the second workshop from 1 to 3:30 p.m. is 'advanced seed saving.' Both workshops are from the Live and Learn class series and will be held at the hall. Pre-register via email [email protected].

The Roberts Creek branch of St. Mary's Hospital/Health Care Auxiliary will host its monthly meeting at the Roberts Creek Legion at 10 a.m. this Monday, March 10.
