Gary passed away peacefully with his family at his side.
He leaves behind to miss him terribly, his wife of 38 years Gabby; his two sons, Steven Mill and James Drager; grandchildren: Dominick, Griffin, Sophera and Remington; his sister Dawn and brother-in-law Colin; nephews Silas and Eli. He is predeceased by sister Janet, Leanne; and Mom & Dad.
Service will be held at the Gibsons Legion on March 1st from 10:30-2:00. A light lunch will be served.
Gary has always loved the sea, loved being out on the water.
Born in Richmond, he moved around with his pilot dad and family.
He finally settled in White Rock where he met his wife Gabby. They started a love affair that would last 38 years.
The missing him has just begun. I dearly hope that all of you remember him fondly for the jokester he was, and the sensitive big guy too. He was a big old teddy bear with a marshmallow heart. Always ready for a chat, a hand, or an adventure.
