Local women come in second and third in age group in Victoria Marathon

Fainne Martin came in second with a time of 3 hours 32 mins 09 seconds. Katherine Mcgillivray, placed third with a time of 3 hours 32 mins 39 seconds.

Two local women placed second and third for their age group (45-50 female) in the 2022 Royal Victoria Marathon Oct. 9.

Fainne Martin came in second with a time of 3 hours 32 mins 09 seconds. Katherine Mcgillivray, placed third with a time of 3 hours 32 mins 39 seconds.

The two women train together throughout Gibsons and Roberts Creek, says a proud tipster (Martin’s mother). “Both women have  trained for months and it paid off.”
