The teams have one hour to plan their boat. Hand tools only! 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. is the boatbuilding action! Family fun and activities for kids, museum displays, food, snacks, and more all day. The high school races start at 2 p.m. and their teams run two races: the trophy race and the free-for-all. At 2:45 p.m. (approximate), the adult races start. It is float or sink, paddle, or swim. Exciting times! Who will complete the course?

The Harbour Gallery, up the stairs from race central, will open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The gallery has a special show to celebrate the day, including the annual spring sale and one wall displaying art created by the local high school students. Just down the street, at the PH Community Hall, the Annual Plant Sale and Vintage Market, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be overflowing with botanical treasures and delicious baked goods.
