Again we receive mailings from BC Hydro, Fortis Gas and others in their noble efforts to save trees and paper and convert to on-line billing.
What about the cost savings for those companies somewhere in the range of $1 per mailing?
In the case of BC Hydro and Fortis Gas, this translates into millions of dollars per month. Will they share these savings if we convert to electronic billings?
At least the locally owned Credit Unions return part of their savings to their membership.
