Pam was a woman who led with her heart and always put love first. She gave the kind of hugs you feel down to your core. Pam had a warm and radiant light within her that made everyone around her feel instantly at ease. In a testament to her bright spirit, the aurora borealis lit up the night sky just three days after her passing. She was born in Montreal, but her love of spontaneity and the ocean called her to her forever home in Vancouver at the age of 17, where she soon met the love of her life, Ken. Together, they set down roots that were the foundation for a love that lasted her lifetime. Pam was the best mother ever to Brock and Kristie and a cherished wife to Ken. She was a loving sister, aunt, and devoted friend to all those in her life. She would do anything for the happiness of her family, finding her most meaningful purpose in motherhood. Her love grew tenfold when she became a Nana to her four adoring grandchildren: James, Ayla, Willow, and Rowan. Pam continues to send her love, which remains unparalleled and irreplaceable. She passed away peacefully at home when her body could carry her spirit no longer, surrounded by her grandchildren, children, and her husband. Pam is now at peace, but her light lives on in those who loved her best. We will all carry her bright, loving spirit in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that people pass on kindness to someone in need, just as she would have done.
