On Jan. 29 at 1:15 a.m., Sunshine Coast RCMP were called to a report of a break and enter at Ocean Club Café, located at 5665 Teredo St. in Sechelt.
Various items were stolen from the restaurant after the suspect entered through a side door. Police conducted foot patrols of the area and located some of the stolen items on the waterfront walkway and in Friendship Park, said the release.
At 7:30 p.m. that same day, police arrested a 25-year-old local Sechelt man for the offence, who is well known to police. Two iPads owned by the business are still unaccounted for, said the release.
