Organizers Leonora Gregory-Collura and Charlie Collura of the International Naturally Autistic People Awards Convention and Festival would like to thank Boomers Burger Bar and owner Nicole Josh for hosting the April 26 benefit fundraiser and awareness campaign.
The first in a series of monthly events held throughout the Sunshine Coast in support of the INAPA Convention & Festival set for Oct. 1 to 6.
Local residents and Sunshine Coast visitors were treated to a night filled with music featuring the exceptional talents of Harpdog Brown, David Webb, Dave Philly and our very own Juno nominated Janet Panic. Local personality Duane Burnet brought forth his own brand of crowd pleasing humour to live and silent auction featuring handicrafts and services by local businesses; working in partnership to build communities where everyone has a welcome place.
This event was aired liveon ANCA Radio Show (BTR) and will be streamed on ANCA TV Online (Livestream channel, NaturallyAutisticANCA) in May and is accessed by thousands of ANCA listeners, viewers, and social media followers.
The next benefit event is May 17 hosted by the Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club featuring The Country Boys.
