Lifetime local of Gibsons, last many years resided up Boot Hill.
Predeceased by his wife Lyn and parents John and Ruth Harrison. He is sadly missed by his son Warren Saul, six grandchildren, brother Greg Harrison (Darcy), sisters Candy Harrison and Loretta Macklam (Mike), eight nephews and one niece.
In his younger years Leif was a logger (riggin' slinger & chokerman) and drove taxi during the off seasons. Later, Leif became a certified refrigeration repairman.
Despite making it through the pandemic, after being fully vaccinated, he miraculously bounced back from two strokes, but then liver cancer hit him with a vengeance. Within a couple of months, Leif was taken from us with Loretta by his side. May God rest his soul. Special thanks to all his caregivers.
A celebration of life and reception will be held at St. Bart's Church at 2:00 on Monday June 26, 2023. All are welcome.
