It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of "Terry" Karkabe at the age of 73. Terry passed away unexpectedly on April 10, 2023.
Terry is survived by his son Tao Karkabe (Michelle Busnarda), his grandchildren Sebastian, Elijah and Lily Karkabe and Austin Bland, as well as his siblings.
Terry will be remembered for his contagious smile and as owner of the Dogwood Cafe in Gibsons. He was often found sipping on a half cup of coffee at the Daily Roast in Sechelt with either a book or gathered with friends sharing stories.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who reached out during these difficult times.
He will be forever missed and loved by his family and friends.
