October 15, 1938 - June 4, 2023
It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my precious wife Kokila, after a long illness. She was born in Mombasa, Kenya and the family moved back to Mumbai, India in 1941 during the war years. In 1947 the family returned to Mombasa.
She moved to London, England in 1958, studied and worked for the Daily Mail for 25 years, which is where we met in 1971.
In 1990 we immigrated to Canada and settled in beautiful Gibsons, which she truly called home.
For those who knew her I hope she will be remembered as a caring, giving person who loved to dance the night away.
My dear wife you had something special inside you which gave me peace every day.
