It is with deep sadness that we share the sudden news of Ken’s passing on October 21, 2024. Ken was born on July 28, 1957 in North Vancouver.
He was a loving and devoted husband to Sherry Nelsen and an exceptional father to his four children: Linnea, Bryce, Colin, and Reece. His two grandchildren, Summer and Hannah, brought a wealth of love to his life. A true family man, he always looked out for his brother, Mike. Ken often said that his greatest treasure in life was his family. Ken was predeceased by his father, Samuel Thorvald Nelsen; his mother, Eileen Joy Nelsen; and his sister, Amy Vanderhoek. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Morris.
