Joe passed away in Sechelt Hospital on August 27, 2024 at the age of 91, after a struggle with dementia. He is survived by his wife, Sheila, and a very large extended family.
Joe and Sheila moved to Madeira Park, BC in 1971 and enjoyed the community and people of the area for over 50 years. Joe especially took pleasure from his years volunteering with the Pender Harbour Lions and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #112 of which he was a lifetime member.
Sheila and family will lay Joe to rest at a private gathering. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion would be appreciated
