Obituary: Frederick Albert Cotton

February 26th, 1945 - July 28th, 2024

Fred passed away July 28th with his children by his side.  Predeceased by his parents Eugenie (Tiny) and Ralph Cotton as well as his brother Bob Cotton. He was raised in Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast.

He spent close to 30 years working for the Town of Gibsons. After retirement he spent much of his time at the hobbies he loved. He sailed enjoying crabbing and fishing, driving up mountain roads to spend time at various lakes and shooting at the local gun range. He spent countless hours with his grandchildren out in the yard watching them play, ride bikes and grow.

He is survived by his son Matthew (Carla), daughter Jennifer (Matthew) grandkids: Josh, Chase and Cadence, his sister Karen and family, and brother Tim (Sue) and family.

Fred will be so very missed.
