Our Mom died at Hearthstone Manor in Vernon where she had been living since December 2021.
She moved with her family to the Sunshine Coast in 1969, and lived first at Soames Point, then Sandy Hook and finally at Port Stalashen.
She will be sorely missed by her children, Linda, Alan (Kathleen), Emily, Iain (Carole) and Neil (Maria), and her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her loving and loved husband, Tom in 2018, her three siblings, her favourite son-in-law, Jerry, and her granddaughter Nicole's husband Donny.
Mom was an avid golfer for as long as she was able, a member of various coast community organizations, and entertaining right to the end. The staff at Hearthstone loved her stories and sense of humour and we are forever grateful for the wonderful care and attention she received from them.
