On Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Roberts Creek Hall, the Sunshine Coast Grandmothers and Grand Others will hold their annual Bazaar from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Grandmothers Group who are famous for their baking, jams and jellies and knits and crafts will welcome you with a draw for a fabulous festive wreath. There will be an amazing array of jewelry, fabric and of course a delicious lunch of homemade soups. Proceeds from the bazaar, including an exciting Silent Auction, will go to the Stephen Lewis Foundation supporting African Grandmothers who are raising a generation of children who were orphaned by the AIDS pandemic.
