They forecast an 80 per cent chance of showers throughout the day and expect the rains to stick around off and on until Sunday.
Environment Canada predicts that gusts may reach as high as 40 km/h this afternoon and reaching 60 during the night.
They predict that the the rain will hold off tomorrow as the cloud cover increases.
