Whether the "white stuff" materializes or not, clouds are in today's forecast for Sechelt.

There's a rare Environment Canada snow icon showing for today on that entity's seven day forecast webpage for Sechelt.

The estimate is that there is a 40 per cent chance of precipitation today (rain or snow) along with cloudy skies and daytime high temperatures of 4 degrees. The outlook states clearing is expected this evening, with winds from the northwest at up to 20 kilometres per hour.

Over at Weatherhood, there is no mention of snow, but an outlook of freezing overnight temperatures, tonight and each evening until Sunday.

No matter which source you trust, chances are evenings and mornings will be chilly on the Sunshine Coast until the weekend.
