After a dry couple of days, the wet stuff returned to southern Sunshine Coast skies on Jan.16.  Weatherhood's forecast is for the rain to stay with us throughout the day but for conditions to dry up tomorrow, Jan. 17 and to stay dry throughout the weekend.  Today's high temperature in Sechelt is top out at 6 degrees, with the warmest point of coming days to remain in that range until Wednesday, according to that source.

Environment Canada is calling for winds from southeast at 20 kph, shifting to northwest and gusting to 60 kph this morning. Its forecast is for skies to clear during the day and with overnight clear skies, the mercury is slated to hover just above the freezing point tonight and the fall below zero overnight by the weekend.
