There was a knock on my door at Hopkins Landing, and there stood a B.C. ambulance paramedic holding two plastic shopping bags.
One of my tenants had just been taken to St. Mary's Hospital with chest pains and was to be kept overnight for observation. And our paramedics packed her shopping bags with extra ice to keep everything frozen and delivered them.
Well done, me lads, well done.
