Yet again, over the course of the last two weeks, our Goat Trail was blocked by the forces of nature and a fatal accident. These are no longer unique or “one time” events but are becoming the new norm.
The response to them can only be the construction of a new, state-of-the-art environmentally responsible real highway.
We call on our provincial leaders and senior staff to finally engage in a meaningful way to make this happen before more blockages and fatalities occur.
