Please clear a path

Forget dignity, it is impossible at any time. Since the seawall was built, I have cleared a path from the steps by the washrooms down to the sand. I did this because I could as an individual, but, I was told by the District of Sechelt that they could not do so. Remnants of last year's path are still there, but this winter's batch of stones have eliminated most of the path. This year I am not as able to clear a path and, also, there are two huge tree trunks that block the bottom of the stairs. So, are there individual volunteers who can pick up stones and move them over to make the path and is there someone who can saw away part of the tree trunks so that there is a path to the sand? Then, all of those who are unsteady on their feet can make their way to the ocean side this summer.
