I note that Chester Machniewski a former building inspector in our town, rebutted my letter “avoiding land flipping” in last week’s edition of this paper. Although he started off on topic he digressed into a personal attack on me and my rights as a taxpayer and his personal opinion of my house. I respect Chester’s right to challenge my opinions but I do not accept his using this platform to express past grievances from his time as a public servant. His personal attacks using unchecked facts had no bearing on the topic of “Land Flipping.”
