Attention dog owners.
Please keep your dogs leashed and under control.
Since moving to Gibsons around five years ago, I have been attacked by dogs numerous times. I have had dogs charge me and lunge at me. I have had dogs in my own yard growling and snarling at me. I have intervened when two dogs attacked my grandchildren.
I have had dogs try to get into my home. I have been bitten by dogs.
This morning I was again attacked by a dog and had to use my walking pole to beat it off.
Dog owners, your dog is your responsibility. Please respect others by controlling your dog.
