SCRD is spending $9 million to install water meters on every house to charge us by the gallon for water, would it be better to use the money to fix the problem? The water letdown from Edwards Lake and Chapman Lake? They hand out building permits constantly, increase water bills then tell us don’t flush, don’t water our food unless we use waste water. We don’t have a water problem we have an engineering problem!
Fix the problem!
