Thank you to all the excellent medical staff, all the way from the lady who did the intake registry, through to discharge at our local emerg for the skilled and friendly care my husband received. Despite working in cramped quarters and trying circumstances with the ongoing renovations every day, we got big smiles, authentic and dedicated care, and really felt heard (and learned a lot too). Particular thanks to Dr. Andrew Jeffries, Nurse Kolton and the nurse who gave the great “ride’n’scan with listening ear” whose name we didn’t catch. And, as always, deepest appreciation for the incomparable Dr. Ron Mundy! We are so very blessed to have this level of care available to us on the Sunshine Coast in need, aren’t we.
