You have to be stark raving mad to do what you propose to do at Davis Bay. Have you thought of the impact on the adjacent streets with parking? It is about time the Village and the regional district pushed for the long awaited so called, "upper levels highway." All the monies spent would make a sizeable contribution to the upper corridor. After all, this highway we have now was nothing but logging roads. Having being a resident for over 50 years this folly has to be the best one yet.
