A month ago my daughter, who has MS, went to Poland to have the CCSVI (liberation) procedure. Since then many of her symptoms have either diminished or disappeared.
We as a family feel very strongly that this procedure should be available here in Canada for MS patients, especially since the procedure has been in use for other medical symptoms for over 30 years.
My daughter Kate Cardinall will be in Sunnycrest Mall today and Saturday (Oct. 8 & 9), from noon to 3 p.m. with information about CCSVI and her own experiences.
