TORONTO — The Toronto Argonauts will be minus quarterback Nick Arbuckle and Canadian linebackers Henoc Muamba and Cameron Judge for their game Friday night against the Montreal Alouettes.
Toronto's depth chart showed veteran quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson as the starter for the Argos (3-3) against Montreal (2-3).
Arbuckle (hamstring) was hurt in the second half of last week's 30-16 road loss to the Saskatchewan Roughriders and is on Toronto's one-game injured list.
Ditto for Judge (ankle) while Muamba (hamstring) is on the six-game list.
Both players were also hurt against Saskatchewan.
The six-foot-one, 213-pound Arbuckle is 2-2 since becoming Toronto's starter, having completed 96-of-153 passes (62.7 per cent) for 1,158 yards with five touchdowns and also six interceptions.
But the former Calgary Stampeder has also fumbled six times, losing three.
The six-foot, 230-pound Muamba, the CFL's top Canadian in 2019, is also in his first season with Toronto, having recorded 22 tackles, one sack and an interception.
The game against Montreal would've been the 32-year-old Muamba's first against the team he spent the 2018-19 seasons with before joining the Argos as a free agent.
Americans Vontae Diggs and Dexter McCoil Sr. will replace Muamba and Judge in the linebacking corps.
