Doug and Michelle Sikora enter the Sechelt Courthouse on April 4 for the first day of a three-day trail to face criminal charges of trafficking that stem from an RCMP raid of their home-based medicinal marijuana dispensary in Davis Bay on Nov. 28, 2015.
The Sikoras had been the target of an undercover investigation by Sunshine Coast RCMP.
An undercover officer was able to purchase 23 edible medicinal marijuana products without a prescription during the undercover operation that culminated in a raid and the seizure of about $100,000 worth of product and business-related items from the Sikoras.
Sunshine Coast RCMP charged Doug Sikora with four counts of trafficking and Michelle with three counts.
The trial was not concluded by Coast Reporter deadline.
