Across the lower Sunshine Coast, the top valued residential property was assessed to be $9,741,000 and is located at 1393 Port Mellon Highway.
The top valued residential property in B.C. has an assessed taxable value of $74,089,000 and is located in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver. By comparison, the property at the 500 spot on the top 500 valued residential properties of B.C. this year was assessed to be $12,243,000 and is located on 35th Ave West in Vancouver.
