Due to a mechanical problem with the propulsion system on the Queen of Surrey, the 8:40 a.m. sailing leaving Langdale and the 9:45 a.m. departing Horshoe Bay were cancelled this morning.
The 10:50 a.m. leaving Langdale and 11:55 a.m. leaving Horseshoe Bay are also cancelled.
BC Ferries also warned the 1:05 p.m. and 2:10 p.m. could also be cancelled, so make sure you check before heading for the ferry terminal today, Jan. 1.
