BC Ferries cancelled the 9:45 a.m. sailing departing Horseshoe Bay and 10:50 a.m. sailing departing Langdale to get the boat back on time.
Service is expected to continue as scheduled for the remainder of the day.

Pack your patience if travelling on Route 3 Thursday. Sailings between the Sunshine Coast and Horseshoe Bay are running 1 hour and 38 minutes behind schedule, according to an 8 a.m. service notice.
The ferry was held in dock this morning for an issue with the #1 end pitch, which has since been repaired.
BC Ferries advises to check Current Conditions if travelling today.
For those travelling on to Powell River, check with the Chief Steward for information on whether the sailing is being held for traffic.
