Berth unavailability disrupts Comox/Powell River sailings

Due to berth unavailability at Westview (Powell River) Terminal caused by a mechanical issue with a vessel on the Texada/Powell River route, some sailings between Little River (Comox) and Westview terminals for Tuesday, December 17, have been cancelled, according to BC Ferries.

9:55 am departing Little River
11:50 am departing Westview

Anyone with a booking on one of these cancelled sailings will hear from BC Ferries' Customer Service Centre about alternate sailings later today, or be informed if the booking must be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, fees and/or fares will be refunded.

Service is expected to resume with the 3:25 pm departure from Little River.
