People on the Sunshine Coast are being asked for their thoughts on the local BC Transit system.
Until Sept. 17, BC Transit and the Sunshine Coast Regional District are asking the public to submit ways to improve the service.
There are two ways to provide comment. Online, people can use an interactive map to share their habits and needs. A survey and public forum to discuss the successes and challenges of the Sunshine Coast Transit System can also be found at engage.bctransit.com/sunshinecoast2021.
In person, paper surveys will be available for pickup and drop-off at the Gibsons and Area Community Centre, Gibsons Senior Society, Sechelt Aquatic Centre and Sechelt Seniors Centre.
After the survey period, BC Transit will report back and proceed with the Sunshine Coast Transit Future Action Plan.
