The Sunshine Coast Arts Council is celebrating Pride Month at the Doris Crowston Gallery in Sechelt with the exhibit Performing Flux, featuring LGBTQ2+-inspired works by artists Craig Cochrane, Romi Kim, Jan Legault, and Marilyn Marshall. Legault’s mixed-media set (top) is called Trans Triptych, composed of the pieces Hope Chest, Flattening the Curve and Treasure Chest. Marshall’s Closed Eye Chemo 1 and 2 are acrylics on canvas. Each work has four sections which can be rearranged (by gallery staff, on request) to make new images. Performing Flux runs until July 12.
