St. Bart's Players will hold auditions this Sunday, July 27, at 2 and 7 p.m. for All Through the Night, a Christmas play that will be staged at St. Bart's Anglican Church Dec. 18 to 20. The auditions will also be held at the church, located on the corner of North Road and Gibsons Way.

In past years, the annual Christmas full-length production has sold out for all its nights, providing a fun night out for the whole family at Christmas time.

The production is an ecumenical one, working with members of Gibsons United Church and St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church. Rev. Peter van der Leelie will direct the show. All Through the Night is a wondrous tale set in the country near a train station. A massive snowstorm stops the train, forcing passengers to overnight at the station. During the night, people's lives are interwoven as they settle into their predicament. There is plenty of comedy. And the ending has a wonderful surprise. There are parts for actors of all ages.

A final audition will also be held in early September at St. Bart's. Anyone wishing more information can contact van der Leelie at 604-886-7499.
