Every Christmas since the early 1980s, the agents of Royal LePage Sussex have sponsored a reverse draw with prizes they have donated, or which have been generously donated by local businesses.
This event benefits the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, a charity founded by Royal LePage in 1998, which has donated approximately $40 million across Canada to women’s shelters to assist women and children fleeing domestic violence. Royal LePage Canada covers all administrative and staffing costs of this charity, so 100 per cent of every dollar raised goes directly to the causes it supports.
All of the money raised in our community for this event stays within our community. Thus, we’re proud to present Sunshine Coast Community Services with this donation in recognition of the important work they do for women and families here on the Sunshine Coast.
