More than 70 households came to the fall fair Sept. 7 at Sechelt Library and learned more about food security with the live displays of microgreens and sprouts, took home some winter vegetable seedlings and learned how to clean seeds with the Sunshine Coast Seed Saving Collective. Children and adults brought in exhibits of their sunflowers for a draw, plus vegetables, fruit and flowers were judged. There were several prizes handed out from several local businesses.
