It is with sad hearts that the family of Jette Vibeke Waterston announces her peaceful passing August 1st, 2023 at Totem Lodge in Sechelt, BC. Jette was born in Copenhagen in 1943. She moved with her family to Vancouver where she spent her childhood. Jette happily married Roderick Waterston in 1980, and she and Roddy became expert cruisers as they explored the world together. Jette was an accomplished cook and could always be relied upon for a delicious meal. Jette leaves behind a devoted husband (Roddy), granddaughter Kaitlin (Jake), brother Robin (Rosemary) and sister Helen, as well as two nieces, a nephew and several great nieces and nephews. Jette is predeceased by her daughter Deborah Lynn and her brother Bill. The family would like to give special thanks to the dedicated staff at Totem Lodge for the kind and dignified care Jette received there. In lieu of flowers a donation to Sechelt Hospital Foundation would be welcomed.
