Coming soon to the Halfmoon Bay Elementary School – Kids Stuff Mega Sale on Saturday, March 4. The Halfmoon Bay Community Association (HBCA) is thrilled to be co-sponsoring this event with the HMB School and the Parents Advisory Council (PAC). It’s time to declutter those bulging closets and bring your good condition children’s clothing, toys, books and sports equipment (no large furniture, please) to sell. Vendor tables are $25/table (prepaid – must register in advance) sharing is welcome. Tables will go quickly so be sure to register as soon as possible! Tables will be provided along with complimentary tea and coffee for the vendors. Entry fee to shop is $2/person, children younger than 16 years are free. Doors will open at 10 a.m. and everyone is encouraged to bring their own shopping bags. Stop by 8086 Northwood Road where you’ll find some amazing children’s items at bargain prices from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All proceeds will go towards HBCA and PAC programs and events in the community. The Sunshine Coast Healthcare Auxiliary have continued their activities in the community during the last holiday season and into January. They will be hosting their first meeting of 2023 on Monday, Feb. 13 at Coopers Green Hall. Doors open at 9:45 a.m., meeting will begin at 10 a.m. As always, all members and guests are welcome.
