Halfmoon Bay Community School welcomes families with children up to Grade 7. They are most grateful to the local sponsors, the Welcome Woods Market, Halfmoon Bay volunteer fire department, Creative Party Services as well as school parents and students.

This past Saturday's "burger and beer" attendee's were well entertained by the very good Jack & G a.k.a. Steve Jack and G Willy, at Coopers Green. Compliments and congratulations to the Welcome Beach Community Association (WBCA) who put on their fifth straight sold out event.

The WBCA sponsored pickleball with a few good players and the majority being 22 beginners who turned out on Monday. It proved to be great fun.

The next scheduled game night is Monday, April 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. Please wear appropriate clothing. The drop in fee is $3. For more information email Don Cunliffe at [email protected].

To have your "Say at the Bay" contact me, before 5 p.m. Monday via email [email protected] or call 604-885-5034.
