Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) has issued the following drug alert on Thursday, October 31:
"Multiple samples sold as down in qathet (Powell River) region tested positive for fentanyl and xylazine (pink pebbles) or fentanyl, benzos and xylazine (red granules, purple chunk)."
