Here are your kicks and kisses for the week of February 14!
- Kisses to the mystery neighbour who shovelled driveways on Cochrane Rd, Gibsons last Tuesday morning! Thank you so much for your kindness
- Snow shovel of kisses to Zoe, Jesse, Maddy and Riley for your loving thoughtfulness during the big dump. Thanks so much. Your Lehmann neighbours.
- Kisses to Day and Nite Towing. When nobody else would come to pull our stuck car out of the snow they arrived promptly even with a heads up phone call that they were nearby. Great service!
- Kisses to Jeff who found my phone at Ocean Beach Esplanade and turned it into Koodo. Huge hugs.
- Kisses to Rebecca for her kindness when I was stuck in the snow on the highway and her warm gift of sourdough bread for my walk home.
- Kicks to the person who is throwing their used kitty litter behind our mailboxes on Picadilly in the bushes and leaving bags of it in front of the garbage can. So inconsiderate.
- Big thank you to the young lady who picked up my husband’s glasses in Claytons on Sunday, Feb. 9 and gave them to him. Your kindness was so very Coastal!
- Big kiss to Joel at Olson Electric who came to my rescue on a Saturday and was extremely professional. He diagnosed the room power outage problem with expertise and efficiency. It was a relief to find that Olson has a 24 hr. Emergency number as the other electricians contacted, didn’t. I highly recommend them.
- Kisses and a Big Hug to the guy who did such a great job clearing the steep roads in and around Granthams last Thursday.
- Kisses to the gentleman who plowed Orange Road right to the highway with his small machine. You made it possible for an SUV to escape the long driveway! Thank you !
- Kisses to John for shovelling all of the ice and snow off the Trail Avenue sidewalk.
- Kisses to J. at the Roberts Creek restaurant who paid for our coffee/tea and muffin after hearing about the kicks to people who stole my vehicle in Sechelt on Saturday, Feb. 8. Thanks again J. for your kind gesture! Kisses to the Sechelt RCMP and everyone in the community who spread the word. The car has been found!
