Here are your kisses and kicks for the week of March 14!
- Kisses to our Hall Road neighbors who cleared our driveway twice during the snow. Thank you again!
- Kisses of enormous gratitude to Keely at London Drugs photos for restoring a life full of pictures for a senior.
- Heartfelt hugs to the two women who helped me and my husband after an untimely fall at the Tsain Ko mall on Wednesday. The assistance was and is very much appreciated!
- And the Oscar goes to…Raven’s Cry Theatre for hosting a wonderful Oscar Party complete with red carpet, professional photography and prizes. Award winning community spirit.
- Sincerest kisses of thanks and gratitude to all of the volunteers who process the refundables at the Habitat for Humanity depots. Sorting and processing of the returned bottles and cans can be a less-than-glamorous job. You are making a difference in the lives of working families!
- Huge kicks to those who are rude to serving staff. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
- Kisses to all the local businesses who sponsored the Roaming Ladies Blondespiel at the Gibsons Curling Club! The teams loved visiting your stores and winning your baskets. Thank you!
- Hugs and kisses to the two ladies that saw our two escaped dogs on Payne Road, stopped traffic, and prevented them being run over! Many thanks!
- Special O kisses to Mike O and Sarah B for representing SC Special Olympics this Polar Plunge. More kisses to those who cheered them on and those who went into the frigid waters of the Salish Sea.
- Kicks to the person(s) who don’t clean up after their dog(s) in the Tyler Heights area of West Sechelt. Clean up your existing mess please and do so in future.
- Lots of hugs to IGA Gibsons staff. Placing my order on the phone, I expected my groceries would be delivered in two days. I was very surprised when I was told they would be delivered the same day. Great service! Thank you.
