Yes. It's called densification in appropriate locations. Apartment buildings.

That is a tough question to answer as we do not know what the sun has in store for us in the future.

No, which is evident by the lack of affordable apartment homes.
How would you balance pushback on development with need for housing?
Freeze all large developments until a solution to water retention is in place.
What is the greatest infrastructure challenge facing Sechelt?
We need water, sewer and roadways to keep pace with population growth.
