What are your priorities if elected?
Solve the water shortage problems; Advise BC Ferries; Better services; Design and campaign outdoor fitness equipment for adult esoecially for senior; Affordable housing projects.
Should Sechelt facilitate creation of more affordable housing? How?
Yes, municipal government should have a series of policies to speed up the application process for the building permission such as City of Victora fast application path.
Should Sechelt prepare for climate change? If so how?
Yes, we do my best to call on people to join our group for the climate change issues.
Is Sechelt managing growth appropriately?
Not really. I heard after I interviewed some of my friends they told me even police, teacher they moved other remote city as they can not afford the houses here.
How would you balance pushback on development with need for housing?
I think some development pojections need to be take action right away, such as my neighbour some the buildings of Green Court was torn down few years ago, but have not built yet so far.
What is the greatest infrastructure challenge facing Sechelt?
Water shortage in summer; Municipality needs system change.
